Cancel an existing reward. By canceling the customer will have their points back. The reward will be in the canceled state.
This endpoint requires to inform the Reward Id to be cancelled. This ID is the RewardId field received when calling the /rewards//redeem endpoint.
Once cancelled an Reward cannot be “uncancelled”. If needed it is necessary to create a new redeem request.
This endpoint returns the cancelled reward information.
